OUR PROCESS

The Contact Form

If you have a business or project and are interested in working with us, the first step is to get in touch. You can contact us through the contact form on our website or via our social media channels.

Budget & Contract

We will contact you to discuss your project and prepare a customized proposal tailored to your needs. If you decide to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your spot, and the service agreement will need to be signed before the project begins.

Creative Stage

Our working method is highly collaborative, which means you'll be involved throughout the entire process. The creative phase includes strategy calls, presentations, revision rounds, and the development of additional supporting materials.

Offboarding

The moment when all your final files are delivered! This is also our farewell stage, where we'll gather your feedback and hear about your experience working with us.

FAQ’s

  • Whenever we have slots or open agenda, we communicate it through Instagram. So follow us there so you don't miss anything! :)

  • "If you already know the service you need, you can ask us and we'll give you an approximate price. However, if you fill out the contact form, we'll be able to provide a more accurate quote based on the details you give us.

  • It usually takes me less than 24 hours to answer all questions. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received anything during this time frame.

  • It would be great if you could have a mood board ready. You'll need it to complete the discovery questionnaire, which is one of the first steps in the process. If you're not sure what a mood board is, just ask us.

  • We can make video calls, but the most common is to talk by mail. Also, our main tool will be Notion (it's free for you), where you will be able to access your Client Portal, there you will have access to invoices, contract, discovery and feedback forms, presentations and final files.

  • Normally 50% of the budget is requested upfront to secure the project, and a final payment of the other 50% once your package is completed.

  • You can write to us, and we'll explain everything you need to know. We have several informative documents available, and we can also schedule a video call if needed.
